Gibson International is led by Scott Gibson and Pat Heller, two of the real estate business’s most respected professionals. From his earliest days in real estate sales on the Westside in 1978, Gibson was displaying the leadership potential that would one day find him in rarified air among a select few of the industry’s most exalted individuals. He has enjoyed numerous leadership roles for Fred Sands Realtors, Prudential Realty, Coldwell Banker, and NRT Incorporated, as well as within his own companies, Kent Realtors, Del Rey Escrow Company, and Kentwood Financial Mortgage Company.

During that time, he developed the award-winning Concierge service, which redefined the idea of full service for the real estate industry and which serves as the working model for many successful firms today.

Heller is a noted operations and staff development specialist whose management experience over the past two decades is paramount. From her many years as a top-producing agent, through to her two decades of management expertise, Heller has consistently excelled in her craft.

Heller advanced from top-performing agent to top-performing office leader at Coldwell Banker, and has led her office to a top five revenue-producing position every year since 1995. Thanks to her strengths in the areas of HR, coaching/mentoring of agents, sales operations, finance, and customer service, she consistently attracts the area’s top agents and then fostered their development to often-record-breaking sales revenue.
